Shipping Policy

At Adversity Apparel, We use reliable shipping carriers and ensure timely delivery of your purchase. we make sure to take extra care to ensure that your products are delivered in perfect condition. Shipping costs for orders are nominal and vary depending on the size and weight of the package. Please refer to our website for more information on shipping costs. We are not responsible if the shipping company loses your package. If your package gets lost, please call the shipping 

 carrier. 

Return & Refund Policy

At Adversity Apparel, we take pride in the quality of our products. All purchases are final, However, if your product has a tear or there is a defect in the print please reach out and we will discuss sending you a new product. please contact our customer service team, and we will guide you through the process. Please note that when we ask for images of the damage or defect the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of any makeup, perfumes, and deodorant for a replacement to be sent. the replacement will be processed within 2 weeks after receiving all of the correct information on the products. 

If for any reason you do not love your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition within 14 BUSINESS DAYS (business days, not including weekends) PLEASE NOTE: This is calculated from the day mail is received via tracking updates not the day you pick up from the post office.  you will be charged a 25% restocking fee with the possibility of extra fees that apply for us to give you a refund. Please read below to make sure your items match the conditions to be able to return your item(s). Merchandise MUST be returned in its original condition (UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED) with ALL TAGS ATTACHED (NO EXCEPTIONS!) Items returned with makeup, stains, deodorant stains, pet hair, damage, cuts from self-attempted sewing/fixing, washed, or with a smoke smell will NOT be accepted. and you will not receive your refund.  - we MUST have a purchase ID # or order # to process your return.

All handmade or consignment items are FINAL SALES. This includes - but is not limited to - tees, tumblers, accessories, jewelry, décor, etc.
